Usually made at the beginning of the new maple season, this syrup was known in the old grading system as “Fancy”.

Delicate maple bouquet, may contain buttery or vanilla notes. ‘Light’ or less maple flavor than other classes, often perceived as sweeter than the other grades because it lacks the strong maple profile.

Golden Delicate Maple Syrup is excellent over ice cream, crepes, yogurt, fruit, in coffee or tea. Used in baking and cooking when the classic maple flavor isn’t desired.
